Los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as nacidos mediante estos m\u00e9todos tienen los mismos derechos que los dem\u00e1s ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as de conformidad con la\u00a0Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o (CDN)<\/a>, pero se pueden encontrar expuestos a m\u00faltiples violaciones, en particular de su derecho a la identidad (art\u00edculo 8 de la CDN) y a ser v\u00edctimas de venta seg\u00fan el\u00a0Protocolo Facultativo de la CDN relativo a la venta de ni\u00f1os, la prostituci\u00f3n infantil y la utilizaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os en la pornograf\u00eda<\/a>. Cuando a un ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a le falte informaci\u00f3n sobre su identidad y\/o su identidad es vendida, esto puede tener un impacto de naturaleza jur\u00eddica, m\u00e9dica y\/o psicosocial en toda su vida.<\/p>\n
