Le rapport examine la disparit\u00e9 entre les normes internationales en mati\u00e8re de droits de l&#8217;homme qui pr\u00e9conisent l&#8217;\u00e9ducation pour tous les enfants et la situation d&#8217;exclusion \u00e0 laquelle sont confront\u00e9s les enfants en situation d&#8217;apatridie.
